Over the years, Reverend Dr. True Dharma Frank Tedesco has taught university classes and adult programs on the religions of India and Buddhism. He has also been a volunteer Buddhist chaplain to prisoners in Florida correctional institutions, and sat at the bedside of the dying.

In response to many appeals from medical personnel who requested an emotionally nuanced understanding of Eastern perspectives on death, and how to prepare for the end of life, Frank produced the innovative educational documentary Good Death Auspicious Rebirth. This film is designed to help healthcare staff provide more empathic care for Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, and Buddhists in their final moments.
